Abstract

Permasalahan peningkatan volume sampah plastik di Kota Palembang, khususnya di sekitar wilayah TPA Sukawinatan, menuntut adanya inovasi pengelolaan limbah yang dapat diterapkan oleh masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas warga RT 75 TPA Sukawinatan melalui pengenalan dan pelatihan perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) pada pembuatan konblok berbahan campuran limbah plastik sebagai alternatif inovasi ramah lingkungan. Pelatihan difokuskan pada pemahaman metode full costing yang mencakup komponen biaya bahan baku, tenaga kerja, dan overhead dalam proses produksi. Kegiatan diawali dengan edukasi mengenai pengelolaan sampah plastik, dilanjutkan dengan demonstrasi proses pencacahan plastik, pencampuran bahan (pasir, semen, dan plastik), pencetakan, serta pengeringan konblok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mampu memproduksi 500 unit konblok dengan komposisi campuran sesuai acuan paten Universitas Pancasila. Perhitungan HPP menunjukkan biaya produksi sebesar Rp 2.662 per unit, yang terbukti lebih ekonomis dibandingkan harga pasaran konblok konvensional. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan keterampilan teknis dan pemahaman finansial kepada masyarakat, tetapi juga membuka peluang pembentukan unit usaha berbasis daur ulang serta pengembangan bank sampah di masa mendatang. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pengurangan dampak lingkungan akibat sampah plastik.
