Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi seberapa efektif tim dalam melaksanakan aktivitas Volunteer Ramadan di organisasi pemuda masjid GenZi Masjid Al Akbar di Surabaya. Metodologi yang diterapkan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen dari pengurus serta anggota yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan Volunteer Ramadan. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kerja tim dalam program Volunteer Ramadan berlangsung dengan baik. Ini dapat dilihat dari tingkat partisipasi anggota yang mencapai 95%, adanya komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik, serta pembagian tugas yang terstruktur dengan jelas berdasarkan bidang dan jadwal piket. Pelaksanaan berbagai aktivitas, termasuk pembagian takjil, Ngaji Ngabuburit, One Day One Juz, buka puasa bersama 99 relawan dengan Ibu Khofifah Indar Parawansa, serta Qiyamul Lail, dapat dilakukan dengan sukses karena adanya kolaborasi yang solid antara anggota. Walaupun ada beberapa hambatan, seperti keterbatasan alat, cuaca yang tidak mendukung, dan ketidakhadiran beberapa anggota, semua masalah tersebut dapat diselesaikan berkat komunikasi, koordinasi, dan kerja sama yang efektif. Dengan demikian, kerja tim dalam program Volunteer Ramadan GenZi Masjid Al Akbar Surabaya bisa dianggap efektif dalam mendukung kelancaran pelaksanaan kegiatan.
